How does AI chat billing work?
The AI chat feature uses a pay-as-you-go model with token pricing. The Pro plan includes $10 of AI credits per month, and you can top up your wallet anytime (minimum $10). AI chat is used for AI agent functionalities such as AI moderation, intelligent auto-replies, AI ticket handling, and AI chat personas.
